Summer Housing in Bar Harbor

Hi everyone!

My sister is coming to Bar Harbor in the beginning of June to work for the summer. My friends have told me that a lot of jobs and places to live are taken by then. I wanted to help her out and try to find housing for her for the summer. Does anyone know where I should look? And also, is there any way to find her a job before she gets here or does she have to do that when she actually gets here? I live in the Bangor area and it%26#39;s quite a drive for me to go to Bar Harbor, so if anyone knows any websites or phone numbers I could call it would be great!

For housing and jobs I would suggest the Bar Harbor Times or MDIslander papers as well as visiting the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce website (they have a whole section of employment on there). I am sure that some companies would interview over the phone if she lives too far away to come in for an interview.
