Bush in BH July 1st??????

Hi,

Coming to BH first week of July. My inlaws said they saw or read that Bush and Russian leader will be in BH, July 1st?!?!? Is this true? Has this type of thing happened before and what will it be like? Stuff shut down?

Bush in BH July 1st??????

I have heard nothing about those two clowns coming to BH. They will, apparently, meet at the Bush summer home on Walker%26#39;s Point in Kennebunkport.

I shudder to think what it would be like to have all of those suits-and-dark-glasses types stomping around, stopping traffic, etc.---especially on a day when one of the big cruise ships is due to be in the harbor.

I was so careful to not put my opinion into my question. But your response is making me chuckle - actually laugh out loud. Yep, I think I%26#39;ll fit right it in BH. If you hear/see anything coming up, please re-post. My fingers are crossed that it%26#39;s just Kennebunk.

Unfortunately, the latest word is that Bush and Putin are spending July 1 %26amp; 2 in Kport. Sounds like a good time for us to get away for the weekend, since it is virtually impossible to go anywhere in town. Enjoy the weekend in Bar Harbor, far from the media circus!

thanks for the update , good to know they won%26#39;t be in BH. we will be in Kennebunk June 29, 30th so just missing them (thank goodness).
