I hope the forecast is incorrect...we are planning our first trip to Bar Harbor from June 30 - July 7th and all I can see in the extended forecast is rain and low temps. not happy about this at all. does the weather change allot up there?

I don%26#39;t know what forecast you%26#39;re looking at, but what I see is a high of 70 degrees (is that low??!!) and only a 30% chance of showers on Saturday and a 10 % chance on Sunday. That sounds like just about perfect weather to me.

Monday through Thursday the highs are supposed to be in the mid-70s with a better than even chance of no rain.

And, yes, the weather does change a lot up here. My 11 year experience of July is that it seldom rains except a passing shower in the night. Cheer Up.

More evidence: today%26#39;s forecast still says the highs will be in the upper 70s. It is now 90 degrees out there at noon.

Yesterday%26#39;s forecast said we would have numerous thunderstorms. Nary a drop of rain fell on Bar Harbor or Acadia.

i checked out the MSN forecast - i just saw a rain cloud from mon-fri - mid to high 60s. But, I think I will keep your forecast - much better! Thx!!!

I hope the weather is great for your vacation, but I%26#39;m so hot right now that I%26#39;m praying for rain and colder temps!!! Today we have a stagnant weather warning until late tonight! Rain would be much appreciated by me!
