Hotel/hostel with room for 4 people!

Hello and greetings from Denmark!

I am planning a trip with my friends next year. I will invite them to York as it is, up to now, after 6 trips to England, my favorite city there (and I麓m tempted to write ';by far';).

The question is, that I would like to make it as cheap as possible and I麓m wondering if this can be done.

We are going to be 7 people. Do you know any hotel in York or (maybe a very decent hostel ) that has rooms for 3 and 4 people (so I only have to book 2 rooms)?

I麓d love to hear your experience if you stayed at any hotel/hostel (not too far from the city center) that has the facility I麓m asking about.
